One of the good benefits of the cool city is the canal. It might be a bad benefit using solar powered plant farms because plants need a lot of energy which the sun gives directly to them. Maybe another bad factor is the greenery scene. Some people want the sun, sand and tan. They don’t appreciate saving energy. It might also be impractical thinking the business section is making a considerable amount of money, by going solar and all green just maybe they are losing money profits.
